Introducing "TIP" - Tuition Incentive Program

University Canada West wants to help our students stay on track with their educational goals. Most students start out with good intentions to complete their programs on time, but it's easy to get side-tracked along the way.

Between August 1, 2009 and October 31, 2009, we are offering qualified students an opportunity to have their tuition fees reduced by 15%. Each term, students must enroll in a predetermined number of courses, dependant on their program of study. Students must maintain a grade point average of 2.0 for Undergrad students and 3.0 for Master degree students throughout five consecutive terms in order to qualify for the incentive program. UCAN students have always shown their dedication for higher learning and with this latest initiative, they'll have the opportunity to reap the rewards of their hard work.

Award Qualifications:

Students who do not complete five consecutive terms within the year or maintain a 2.0 grade point average for Undergrad students and 3.0 for Master degree students will be responsible for paying their full tuition at the regular tuition rate for all courses completed since commencement of the TIP program. Tuition refunds are administered according to the regular tuition refund policy.

To qualify, students must pay for a full year's tuition prior to class start according to their specific academic program plan.

Students must enroll and begin their program between August 1 and October 31, 2009 in order to qualify.

If a student disqualifies themselves at anytime during the school year, a $100.00 processing fee will be charged.
