Preferred Payment Plan

The Preferred Payment Plan requires that 100 percent of tuition and any applicable fees be paid before the start of each semester. For this payment option, you may choose to charge your tuition to a credit card - Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. Cheque and money order are also accepted, which should be made out to University Canada West.

If you opt to enter into and advanced prepayment payment plan you can receive a tuition fee rebate for a portion of your fees. The advance 12 month prepayment plans involve the 100% payment of tuition and applicable fees prior to the start of your first full semester for 12 months consecutive months of full-time study.  On completion of your first 12 consecutive months of full-time study you would then have the opportunity to repeat this process and pay 100% of tuition and applicable fees of your next 12 consecutive months of full-time study and so on.  The rebate percentage depends on which program you are enrolled in.

The Preferred Plan is the easiest way to pay your tuition, but there are other options available to you as well. These include government student loans, employer reimbursement programs and private loans from the bank.
